3. What Happens After a Notice

4. We may retain records of notices and actions for compliance purposes.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If your material was removed and you believe removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your contact information and signature.
• Identification of removed content and original location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction where legally required by DMCA procedures.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
